HAI Connect is an area on the show floor for special events, meetups, interviews, FREE networking opportunities, and surprises are planned on a range of subjects of interest to attendees. This sponsorship is a great way to get your product in front industry proffessionals.

Sponsorship inlcudes:

• Your name on digital signage in the HAI Connect booth
• Speaking opportunity on 1 of the show days (first come first serve)

The HAI connect  will be a 60'x80' (booth# B5014) located in the B Hall.

Exhibit hall aisle signs are a prime opportunity to extend your company’s reach throughout the exhibit hall each day of the show. Attendees will be reminded of your company every time they look up to get their show floor location bearings.

Each year at HAI HELI-EXPO, the HFI Heritage of Helicopters display draws large crowds. After seeing the latest and greatest aircraft, avionics, and technology on the show floor, they enjoy stepping back in time to view an array of rare and hard-to-find helicopters of a bygone era.

Sponsor this year's HFI Heritage of Helicopters display and put your company's name in front of 20,000 industry professionals. Your company logo will be included on prominent signage in the display area, as well as in the HAI HELI-EXPO 2019 Program Guide. The HFI Heritage of Helicopters display will be open during exhibit hall hours, Mar. 5 – Mar. 7, at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Your sponsorship donation will help cover the cost of fuel to fly in the aircraft, an expense beyond many of the owners, who are individuals and nonprofit or educational institutions with small budgets. Become a sponsor and support the preservation of our industry’s history.

The HAI Meetup Lounge is an area on the show floor where attendees can come to unwind and network. Sponsor this area for the right to have promotional materials in the lounge and name on digital signage. The Meetup lounge is another way for you to engage with attendees outside of your normal booth setting.
