This course focuses on presenting and discussing advanced techniques and tools for managing helicopter operations, including analyzing and improving productivity, pricing strategies, financial report analysis, obtaining financing, life-cycle costing, and net present-value analysis. These topics commonly fall outside the scope of experience for most technically oriented helicopter management personnel but are very important to the successful management of these companies.
